Michelle B. LaPointe

Michelle B. LaPointe graduated from Boston University and Northeastern University School of Law. She was admitted to the Massachusetts bar and joined Wade & Horowitz LLC in December 2004. Attorney LaPointe has seen this firm through twenty plus years of evolution, most recently shifting to a solo practice of LaPointe & Associates PLLC in February 2025. Before attending law school, Attorney LaPointe worked on several local, state, and federal political campaigns, served on the board of the LGBT Political Alliance of Massachusetts, and she worked at the Massachusetts chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Attorney LaPointe is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys . Attorney LaPointe proudly volunteers her time as a board member of Central Boston Elder Services and as a member of the Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Aging.

Dafne F. Canizales

Originally from the valley of the sun, Phoenix, Dafne has been residing in Boston for the past few years with her husband and beloved dog, Lily.  Her background is in administration and legal assistance. Importantly, Dafne enjoys creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.  Outside of the office, Dafne enjoys arts and crafts, reading, and exploring the city’s many offerings.
